Spring Newsletter 12
Dear Parents & Carers
As we’re on the verge of the Easter break, I’d like thank all the staff at Woodlands for their hard work over the past term; they deserve a well-earned rest over the next 2 weeks. After the past couple of years, I know everyone is looking forward to a more ‘normal’ summer term: sports days, productions, Y6 at PGL, etc.
We’ve had the draft report sent to us from Ofsted. When Ofsted give us the go ahead, we will be able to share the final report with you; this next stage of the process can take up to 30 days.
Here are the ‘nudges’ to help you find out about your child’s learning this week.

This week our attendance is 93.1%. Well done to Blue Class (97.6%), 3G (96.7%) & 3/4M (98.0%) for breaking the 97% mark.
We had 3 classes who had no late marks this week: 3G, 5/6P, & 6R. It’s not been a great week for punctuality: 34 late marks across the whole school. 31 late marks ‘before the register closed’ – that’s before 9.20am & 3 late marks ‘after the register has closed’, that’s after 9.20am.
Reminder: the summer term begins on Tuesday 19th April.
Enjoy the Easter break – I hope you have a wonderful time.
