Nursery Week Beginning 3rd July 2023

This week we will be thinking about where Milton could go on his next adventure and making up our own versions of the story 'Milton's Suitcase Adventure' by Diane Distefano.

At home - Have you got a favourite story? Perhaps you could make up another version of the story saying what might happen next.

We are also going to look at some other countries that some of the children have visited and compare them to Formby. We will learn about some of the things that you might see if you went to that country and some of the things that you might eat.

At home - Talk about somewhere that you have been to. What did you see?

In maths, we will be investigating and sorting a selection of shells in different ways. We will consider what is the same and what is different and sorting them according to our own criteria.

The potatoes that we planted earlier in the year are ready to eat. They were delicious!
