Reception- Week beginning 5th June

This half term we will be travelling back into the Jurassic period. We will be learning about things from the past, dinosaurs and what happened to them. The first week will be looking at different types of dinosaurs and their characteristics. we will be learning facts and writing them too!

We will be getting creative making our own fossils, skeletons of dinosaurs and creating jurassic landscapes.

You could help at home by reading dinosaur stories and talking about how them. You could research facts and even make a little fact file about your favourite dinosaur.

In mathematics we are learning how to find half by sharing. 

You could try sharing things between you at home. Begin with sharing betwenn 2 equally,
