Nursery Week Beginning 24th June 2024

Date: 18th Jun 2024 @ 5:38pm

This week we are continuing to read the story 'Tiddler' by Julia Donaldson. As well as investigating and learning about a selection of sea creatures, we will also make up our own stories about Tiddler's next adventure. We will discuss who the characters in our story might be, where Tiddler could go and what he might see.

At home - Perhaps you coud make up your own under the sea story to tell your grown up. What type of creatures would your story include? Where would they go? What would they see? Who woud they meet?

In our creative area, we are going to continue to make a variety of sea creatures using collage techniques and paint.

In the hot weather we had great fun doing some ice painting.

After learning about taller and shorter than, we built towers with our friends that were the same height as us.

We enjoyed practising our fine motor skills by hammering in pins to make our own shape pictures.
