Nursery Week Beginning 18th September 2023

This week we will be thinking about ourselves and the things that we enjoy doing, both at home with our families and at Nursery. We will join in with lots of 'getting to know you' circle games. We will soon learn the names of all of our friends in our nursery class. 

We will read lots of stories and begin to look at the different features of books , such as the front cover, the author and the blurb.

In maths, we will begin to learn and join in with some counting songs and rhymes.

At home - Talk about what you enjoy doing at Nursery. Can you remember the names of some of the friends that you have made?

We have been playing lots of listening games and exploring the sounds made by different musical instruments. We played them loudly, quietly, slowly and quickly.
